Dear Vince,

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for the prompt service in the installation of my new Trane heat pump system.

Rick Brouse went above and beyond in seeing that our system was installed quickly. He met me early (at 7:15 a.m.) in the morning the day after I called for a quote and delivered the paperwork later that afternoon. I called the following morning agreeing to have the Trane system installed and Rick offered to bring in window air conditioning units until the new system could be installed due to the heat wave we were experiencing. I ended up not needing the window units since Vertex was able to install my unit the next day. The technicians were polite, courteous and did a fine job of cleaning up when they were finished.

The Trane system is working well and I am very pleased how quiet Trane is compared to my old Luxaire unit. I can recommend Vertex Mechanical and the Trane system to anyone who is considering a new heat pump.
